Coconut / Rose Ice Cream instructions
- Remove a bowl of milk from 1 litre milk and keep aside.Boil the remaining milk. Add the sugar and keep stirring on slow gas.
- Now add the rawa in milk (kept in the bowl). Mix well. Now add dis mixture of milk and rawa in the boiling milk and keep stirring til it thickens. and off the gas.
- Now grind the coconut and mix it in the milk..
- OR. Add the rose syrup and mix well.
- Now grind the whole mixture in the mixer jar. Pour the mixture in a pot and keep in the freezer for 2 hours.
- After 2 hrs remove the ice cream from the freezer and grind it again in the mixer jar.
- Now keep it again in the freezer. It wil b ready within 2-3 hrs.
I ordered the Cream base, Rhubarb flavor, and Edible Flowers and Sweetened Coconut Flakes for toppings. The rhubarb flavor was light and good and I liked the coconut flakes with it. However, the edible flowers just tasted like eating flowers so I wouldn't order them again. Using full fat Cream and Coconut milk helps to make the Ice cream Creamy. Because of higher fat content, the formation of Ice crystal s is very negligible.
